Exchanges Only
We accept exchanges only and do not offer refunds for our clothing items.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, intimate items such as lingerie, underwear, nightdress sets, and any accessories are not exchangeable.
Product Colors and Sizes
The colors of our products on the website are adjusted to match the original colors, and the sizes are accurate according to the products. Except for any quality damage, we do not accept returns based on personal preference.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
To exchange an item, return the current item first. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your package, informing you of the approval status of your return.
GIFT CARD
Upon approving your return, we will send you a digital gift card via email with a code for the purchase amount. This gift card can be used for your next purchase within one year.
HOW TO RETURN
We uphold a 14-day return policy, allowing you to initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To qualify for a return, your item(s) must meet the following criteria:
- Report the return and reasons within 48 hours of receiving the package. Contact us or email us at info@franzierosie.com.
- Dispatch the item within 14 days after receiving permission from our customer service.
- Return the item in its original packaging with all original contents.
- Ensure the item is in new condition and include the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Verify that the item contains all original undamaged labels, tags, and gifts (if included).
- Confirm that the item is uncontaminated, unstained, undamaged, and unwashed.
Return your package to our international warehouse within 14 days. If your return item fails to meet these requirements or is deemed unsuitable by our team, we reserve the right to refuse your exchange.
Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility. Only defective or incorrectly received items will have return shipping costs reimbursed.
DAMAGES AND PROBLEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us promptly if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the issue and rectify it accordingly. In such cases, a refund is acceptable.
CANCEL
After placing the order, the shipping process will commence promptly to ensure the fastest delivery time for each customer. Therefore, we regret to inform you that we DO NOT offer order cancellations.
